one month old!

so....my little bug is ONE MONTH OLD ALREADY!!!! oh it just makes me so sad and happy at the same time!!! i'm sad she's growing so fast but i can't wait for all the little milestones! we had our first appointment at primary's since she's been home and they said that she looks good! :) which is always good news! GREAT news! :) this little girl now weighs......NINE POUNDS!!!! holy moly! she is getting so big! i just love it! we got her pics taken and she was SO GOOD for the camera!!! i absolutely LOVE them! i'm gonna have a hard time picking my favorites to print off!!! anywho...taylee is doing GREAT! :) and we just LOVE having here home with us!!! :) here are a couple ADORABLE pics that we got.....

well! i cant believe i have a minute to update! :) this might be a quick one! any who...i was thinkin that we were SO EXCITED to bring her home i forgot to let you all know what we actually found out with our little girl when she was born. from week 20 till the day she was born there was never a FOR SURE thing about her problems. we were just told that different things COULD be wrong but we wouldn't know till she was here and they could do tests/echos/x-rays on her. so here is what we were told.....besides the many heart defects that she has, she also has two right lungs...which they say is just fine to have! all of her little organs in her belly are flipped. so her stomach and everything else is on the opposite side of where it is suppose to be. but by the proof of my little girl....that seems to be just fine as well! everything is hooked up right and she is eating and pooping like a CHAMP! :) she is gaining weight pretty fast actually! which is what we want! she needs those pounds! :) we were also told that she does not have a spleen. :( the doctors said that this is ok because people are born without it as well as get it taken out! the only worry with no spleen is that she has no way of fighting off infection. but she is, and will be, on an antibiotic for probably the rest of her life just to help fight any bacteria. so if any of you wonder why we are so distant or won't let you come see her....don't be offended! we are just being EXTRA careful that she stays as healthy as she can be! :) she is doing just GREAT here at home and is LOVING the fact that she is off all of the monitors and is no longer bein poked! :) i will try to keep you all updated! here are a couple pics of my cute baby girl! :)
